The Directorate of Culture, Cultural and Natural Heritage has published a new brochure, presenting its aims and its work which directly reflects the fundamental values and priorities of the Council of Europe. The publication aims to show how culture is a force of democracy in European societies, highlighting the practice of and respect for human rights.
