Cultural Centre Challenges: a toolkit from the second Visions for the Future brainstorm
This interactive toolkit was created by the FULCRUM project partners based on the inputs collected during the second brainstorm in the Visions for the Future trajectory.

While at the first Visions for the Future meeting socio-cultural workers across Europe came together to identify their shared challenges, this second brainstorm, held in February 2025, served to gather insights, creative strategies, and real-life experiences to address those very challenges through collective intelligence.
For each challenge, the toolkit offers multiple approaches shared by workshop participants. The aim is to spark new ways of thinking and working, grounded in what people are already doing, experimenting with, and imagining together. This resource is meant to be interactive: we invite you to explore, reflect, adapt, and most importantly – contribute: use the Community Wall at the end of each section to share your own strategies, failures, insights, or provocations.
The text of the toolkit was authored by Anna Maria Ranczakowska, and the graphic design is by Nena Peeters.
