Kulturní a kreativní federace

Cultural and Creative Federation is a bottom-up organization founded in 2023, dedicated to strengthening the role of culture, arts, and creativity in the Czech Republic. Its members include both associations and individual professionals. The Federation is managed by a board elected from among the members.

The Federation advocates for:

• – More stable working conditions in the cultural sector,

• – Recognition of the cross-sectoral role of culture and its balanced development across regions,

• – Revision of subsidy systems, including the transformation of state funds,

• – Greater awareness of culture, arts, and the creative sector,

• – Provision of information services and support for data-driven policy-making in the cultural and creative industries.

An important priority for the coming years is the long-overdue Cultural Law, which the Federation aims to help shape. At the same time, it seeks to be recognized by the Ministry of Culture as a key partner with cross-sector expertise, capable of providing consultation on important issues.
