NVO Kompas

NGO Kompas has extensive experience in children’s education, supporting the integration of foreigners into the local community, and organising community events in Bar, where its headquarters are located, as well as across Montenegro. Connecting different cultures in the region is central to its most successful projects. In addition to cultural work, part of the team focuses on ecological issues, bringing together over fifteen local and international organisations. Kompas actively participates in numerous professional gatherings and roundtables as organisers, collaborators, and guests. The organisation continues to operate with a spirit of development and social support, fostering connections based on shared values.
