A manifesto from socio-cultural centres
Socio-cultural centres are not a luxury, they are essential civic infrastructure that keeps communities connected in times of crisis.
Based on the last brainstorm of the Visions for the Future cycle, this manifesto, drafted collectively by the FULCRUM project partners and the wider FULCRUM community, explains why stable funding, trust-based governance, and long-term support are crucial for the work that cultural centres carry out every day.
