Environmental sustainability self-assessment tool
As part of our vision of cultural centres as catalysts for change and sustainable innovation, a key theme of our strategic plan, we have developed an environmental sustainability self-assessment tool to enable organisations to analyse the extent to which sustainable practices are integrated within their operations. As key players within communities, cultural hubs play a crucial role in driving a just and sustainable transition. This tool is designed to compile your actions and provide you with a clear overview of your organisation’s engagement and practices in sustainability.
Designed as a practical support for cultural organisations with the help of environmental sustainability expert and ENCC Chairperson Vittorio Bianco, the tool consists of four sections focusing on energy, mobility, water usage, and material flows. After completing the questionnaire, you will receive a detailed report, assigning you a score from 1 to 4 on each of the sections, and allowing you to review your current achievements and consider future improvements. It will help you progress towards an effective sustainable transition and more resilient practices.
This version of the Environmental Sustainability Self-Assessment Questionnaire is currently in its beta phase. It is part of an ongoing testing process aimed at gathering user feedback to improve and refine the tool.
Your input is highly valuable and will help us develop a more comprehensive and tailored final version.Access the self-assessment tool here.
