Kulturní a kreativní federace

Founded in 2023, the Cultural and Creative Federation is a bottom-up organisation strengthening the role of culture, arts, and creativity across the Czech Republic. It brings together associations and individual professionals and is governed by a member-elected board.

The Federation advocates for stable working conditions in the cultural sector; recognition of culture’s cross-sectoral role and balanced regional development; reform of subsidy systems, including state funds; greater public awareness of culture, arts, and the creative sector; and better information services to support data-driven policy in the cultural and creative industries. A major priority is shaping the long-overdue Cultural Law, while securing recognition by the Ministry of Culture as a key cross-sector partner for consultation on strategic issues.
