Civil society plays a key role in our democracies. It protects fundamental rights and supports governments and institutions in identifying and meeting people's needs. Yet, the sector faces an increasing list of barriers that threaten to limit its potential.
Ahead of the EU elections 2024, ENCC has joined the initiative launched by Civil Society For EU to call on future representatives to recognise, support and engage with civil society, for a better, more inclusive and democratic Europe.
